Costruire relazioni di qualità con i professionisti sanitari utilizzando conoscenze scientifiche aggiornate e messaggi di vendita approvati.
Attuare i piani commerciali e di marketing per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e gli indicatori di performance.
Gestire gli account strategici attraverso pianificazione, targeting e segmentazione, in linea con le indicazioni regionali.
Sviluppare piani locali per gli account utilizzando dati di mercato e aggiornarli in base alle dinamiche del mercato.
Collaborare con i colleghi dell’area medica su programmi regionali a supporto delle esigenze dei professionisti sanitari.
Rappresentare Regeneron Ematologia in congressi e incontri regionali, nazionali e internazionali.
Utilizzerai canali diretti e digitali per ottimizzare il coinvolgimento e contribuire al miglioramento della pratica clinica.
Questo ruolo richiede:
Laurea o qualifica equivalente riconosciuta per i professionisti delle vendite.
Almeno cinque anni di esperienza nelle vendite farmaceutiche, inclusa un’esperienza essenziale in ematologia.
Conoscenza del Codice della Federazione Europea delle Industrie e Associazioni Farmaceutiche e delle normative locali applicabili.
Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano; la conoscenza dell’inglese costituisce un vantaggio.
Attitudine tecnica alla vendita basata sulla patologia e sui concetti scientifici.
Capacità di utilizzare dati, sistemi multipli e piattaforme di Customer Relationship Management.
Eccellenti capacità di coinvolgimento del cliente, presentazione, pianificazione e definizione delle priorità.
Capacità di lavorare autonomamente entro scadenze ristrette, dimostrando integrità e una comunicazione etica.
L’esperienza nel lancio di prodotti costituisce un vantaggio.
