The On Premise environment, including bars, clubs, restaurants, events and hospitality venues, is a dynamic and fast-paced channel where brands connect directly with consumers and customers.
As an On Premise Trade Marketing Intern, you will contribute to the execution of key projects aimed at strengthening brand presence and driving consumption across this channel.
Throughout the internship, you will gain first-hand experience of how brand and commercial strategies are translated into effective in-market execution, supporting visibility, activation and engagement initiatives across a broad customer network.
ON PREMISE TRADE MARKETING
Support the management and deployment of Point of Sale (POS) materials and tools, coordinating activities such as ordering, delivery tracking and market rollout.
Contribute to the implementation of visibility initiatives across the Field organization, supporting the deployment of branded POS assets.
Support the development of consumer activation and product communication projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create execution materials and launch support tools.
Contribute to occasion-based activation programs, helping translate consumer insights into effective in-store execution standards.
EXECUTION AND PROJECT SUPPORT
Support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns within the On Premise channel, collaborating with Brand Marketing and Field teams to bring national initiatives to life in the market.
Work closely with colleagues across the Field organization, supporting day-to-day activities and gaining exposure to execution needs and business priorities.
Contribute to Trade Marketing projects and activations, coordinating activities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Gradually take ownership of dedicated projects and responsibilities, developing planning, project management and operational execution skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field, or currently studying.
Strong interest in Trade Marketing and the On Premise environment.
Proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Monthly internship allowance: €800 + meal vouchers
