Red Bull is looking for a Brand Manager with media focus for a 6-month temporary cover.

You are the expert in media buying and agency management and have experience from creative production of design, copy and animation. Your mission is to continually evaluate the media mix and ensure that Red Bull are optimising our full buying potential.

The position is a 6-month temporary cover, starting as soon as possible. The last day for applications is October 31st. Selection and interviews are ongoing, meaning the position can be filled before last day for applications.

ADVERTISING

You are responsible for developing and executing a cutting-edge media plan and campaigns, aligned with both the local media agency and HQ. Your goal is to create a strong plan grounded in local targets, initiatives, media landscape, and consumer behaviour — all while maintaining global guidelines as the foundation. You define and implement the advertising plan and manage the overall advertising budget.

You collaborate closely with the Social Media team to maximize the impact of advertising across owned, earned, and managed channels.

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

You are responsible for developing graphical profiles for Sport and Culture, as well as all creative assets used in advertising. You ensure that all materials resonate with the local market while staying true to HQ brand guidelines.

RELATIONSHIPS

You serve as the primary point of contact for both the HQ Advertising Team and the Global Advertising Creative Team. You build and maintain strong relationships with both, ensuring they are engaged when needed and have confidence in the local market’s knowledge and insights.

You are responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the media agency, ensuring they stay up to date with the latest guidelines, and encouraging them to deliver innovative, creative solutions that go beyond the ordinary.

You work in close collaboration with the Brand Specialist for Occasions, as the media plan is driven by cartoon content. Together, you ensure an efficient workflow and guarantee that the plan features the most creative and engaging cartoons possible.

You are on top of what is in the overall marketing plan to make sure you proactively reach out to the sport and culture team ensuring we start the work with logos etc. on time.

Minimum 3 years work experience media buying

Experience from event branding is a plus

A relevant higher education within media and/ or marketing or equivalent

An organised and structured team player who can coordinate several projects, budgets, and collaborations at the same time

An excellent communicator and relationship builder who has a professional approach

Have an entrepreneurial disposition and a “can-do” attitude and desire to learn, develop and improve
