- Improve templates, documentation, processes and best practice, while supporting brokers with program queries, tickets, and HubSpot guidance.
Who we’re looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline. Ideally, experience in financial services, lending, mortgage broking or a franchise network.
- 3+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing or communications.
- Strong HubSpot expertise, including platform administration, CRM data management, automated nurture journeys, campaign setup, segmentation, workflows, QA, analytics, testing and reporting.

- Strong copywriting and editing skills combined with an understanding of the audience needs to create clear, engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability to use data, reporting and testing to improve engagement, lead conversion and campaign performance.
- Ability to work accurately through detailed operational processes while managing competing priorities and changing requirements under pressure.
- Skill in troubleshooting HTML, data, workflow, and platform issues, escalating effectively when needed.
- Experience building trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including brokers, and communicating clearly across different audiences.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify what needs to happen next.
