The Account Executive role sits as part of our Customer Solutions & Operations team. Customer Solutions & Operations brings together specialist teams focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and business success. From customer support, user resolutions and sales support to advertising operations and process improvement, CSO helps make every interaction simpler, more effective and more valuable for our customers and teams.
Day to day of the job
The Account Executive role is responsible delivering best-in-class Sales Support to our New Homes sales teams. The team provides pre- and post-sales support across a broad range of products to assist with key strategic objectives and growth opportunities.
The role focuses on three outcome areas:
- Better Customer Experiences – timely, accurate and proactive support for Sales and customers
- Better Employee Experiences – clear expectations, coaching, development and recognition for the team
- Better than Budget – efficient, scalable operations that enable revenue and margin outcomes
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in a Sales Support, Customer Support, Operations or similar role within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Exposure to queue-based or ticket-driven work with defined SLAs and quality standards (e.g. Zendesk or similar platforms).
- Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with administrative or commercial processes such as bookings, reporting, account changes or documentation.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.

- Customer & sales awareness – understand basic sales processes and customer expectations, recognising the impact of quality support on customer experience and revenue.
- Operational execution – follows defined processes and standards, completing tasks accurately while meeting SLA and quality expectations.
- Problem-solving & judgement – identifies issues, applies sound judgement to resolve straightforward problems and escalates appropriately when required.
- Learning agility & adaptability – open to feedback, comfortable with change and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Systems, tools & AI usage – capable using Zendesk, Salesforce and core productivity tools; uses AI responsibly to improve efficiency, accuracy and consistency.
