Want to build the commercial engine behind the next generation of AI for game development?

Razer is seeking a senior commercial leader to own the sales strategy and revenue growth of Razer QA Companion, our AI-powered platform designed to transform game testing and QA.

This hands-on leader will define sales strategy, forecasting, and enterprise go-to-market while driving key customer engagements and early sales. As the business scales, this role will build and lead a sales team and take increasing ownership of the business's financial performance and P&L.

The ideal candidate combines the capabilities of an enterprise sales leader, commercial strategist, and business operator.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the sales strategy, pricing, revenue plan, and go-to-market for Razer QA Companion.
  • Personally lead strategic enterprise sales opportunities and close early customers.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, targets, and executive reporting.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, commercial models, and customer agreements.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Developer Program, Finance, and Legal to drive commercialization.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders across game studios, publishers, and strategic partners.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cloud, or technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience developing pricing, sales forecasts, revenue plans, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L and business planning.
  • Experience building or leading enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical AI solutions to both business and technical audiences.
  • Gaming, game development, QA, or developer-platform experience preferred.

Education & Preferred Experience

  • BA/BS from an accredited educational institution or equivalent experience.
  • Deep working knowledge of game development pipelines, tools, and platforms (Unreal, Unity, proprietary engines).
  • Background in AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
  • Understanding of how AI can be applied to game production, live ops, content creation, or player engagement.


Travel Requirements

May require 25% - 40 % travel.
