Job Description
The Ecommerce Analyst – Platforms & Experiences is responsible for analyzing and optimizing Rally House's site experience, merchandising strategies, and digital performance. This role owns key site execution initiatives, leveraging data to enhance product presentation, improve conversion, and create a best-in-class online shopping experience.
Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, the Analyst partners with Marketing, Buying, and Dev teams to drive measurable results in revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Analyze site performance metrics (traffic, conversion, click-through, bounce rate) to identify opportunities for optimizing user experience and product presentation
- Own the execution of weekly site updates, homepage content, banners, landing pages, and navigation enhancements based on performance data and business priorities
- Manage Hot Market launches from planning to execution, ensuring timely setup of products, categories, and promotional messaging
- Partner with Marketing to support promotional calendars, aligning campaigns with merchandising priorities
- Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations for improving conversion rates, product discoverability, and site navigation
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding merchandising performance, category trends, and user behavior
- Ensure content accuracy, SEO best practices, and brand consistency across the site
- Support the implementation and QA testing of new site features, enhancements, and third-party integrations related to customer experience
Skills and Knowledge
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and UX best practices, Familiarity with AI is a plus, Google Analytics, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2–4 years of ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital marketing experience
- Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
- Licensed sports merchandise knowledge or retail experience is a plus
