To effectively cross sell the entire range of Business banking and other products to business customers.
To ensure that processes/controls are adhered as per the Bank’s guidelines.
Handle service requirements of all clients under the team to ensure client expectations are met through coordination with respective service /Back office teams.
Ensure that clients conform to the bank’s compliance criteria. All SAS and Correspondent Bank queries are resolved in a timely manner as per department TAT.
Ensure that coordination with peers and support staff is effective.
Minimum Qualification:
University Degree.
UAE National
Over 5 years’ experience in Branch banking, Operations and Relationship Management or Customer Service preferably in a similar relationship management job.
In-depth knowledge of target market and their requirement in order to assist and guide team to acquire and maintain quality and profitable relationships.
