What you'll do

  • Own the weekly sales outlook with the CRO and keep the commit figure increasingly accurate
  • Build the sales hiring and capacity model, including start dates and quota assignments
  • Create AE and BDR incentive plans, then run monthly commission calculations and resolve close-related issues
  • Set deal desk rules for discounts, terms and approvals, and define territories plus partner deal credit
  • Improve HubSpot with junior RevOps support, guide the GTM Engineer’s priorities and hire a full-time engineer

What you bring

  • At least five years in sales operations or revenue operations
  • You have forecasted enterprise sales with large deals and long cycles, and can speak to forecast accuracy
  • You have built a compensation plan that paid out and handled related commission disputes
  • You are fluent in HubSpot or Salesforce and use AI tools in your daily work

Who this fits

This suits a hands-on early operations hire who can build models directly, improve existing systems and guide contractors or technical operations staff. The role includes managing a GTM Engineer and hiring a full-time engineer in 2027. You can work from home or from the Paris office.

From the employer

About Qevlar AI

Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.

In just three years, we have:

  • Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech

  • Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense

  • Expanded to the US market with a growing North American presence

  • Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR and ambitious goals for 2026

What will you do

  • Own the weekly sales forecast and run the forecast call with the CRO. You'll hold the commit number and make it steadily more accurate as we scale.

  • Build the capacity and hiring model that decides who joins our sales team in 2027, when they start, and what quota they carry.

  • Design and run our AE and BDR comp plans, including ramp periods and partner rules. Turn commission calculation into a clean, fast monthly close.

  • Set up a deal desk: discount rules, standard terms and approval paths, so deals move quickly without every order form going through the CRO.

  • Define territories across EMEA, the US and our MSSP partner channel, including deal registration and partner credit.

  • Improve our HubSpot setup alongside our junior RevOps. Manage our GTM Engineer's roadmap and priorities, and hire a full-time GTM Engineer in 2027.

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years in Sales Ops or RevOps. You were one of the first ops hires at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, ideally at Series A or B.

  • You've owned the forecast for an enterprise sales team (large deals, long sales cycles), and you know your accuracy numbers.

  • You've written a comp plan that was actually paid out, and you've handled the commission disputes that came with it.

  • You're hands-on. You'd rather build the model yourself than wait for a team, and you've briefed and managed at least one contractor or technical ops person.

  • You improve the systems you inherit rather than replacing them. You're fluent in HubSpot or Salesforce, and you use AI tools every day.

  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace. Cybersecurity, MSSP or partner-channel experience, or having been in the seat through a funding round, is a strong plus.

Why join us

  • Work on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurity

  • A high-impact role in a small, international, fast-moving team where your contributions directly shape the company and its success

  • Shape the future of a product already making noise in AI + security circles

  • A company culture that values autonomy and creativity

  • Opportunity for equity and early ownership

  • We’re flexible on location - you can either work from home or join your colleagues in our beautiful office in Paris’ 9th arrondissement.

If you’re excited about helping security teams adopt cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build the future of cybersecurity together!
