At PwC, our people in Marketing Automation focus on creating seamless and impactful customer experiences through technology, data and digital marketing solutions. They work closely with marketing, sales and customer experience teams to design, optimize and automate communication journeys that drive engagement across the CEE region.

About the team

In the CEE Marketing Automation team, you will join a group of 30+ experts who thrive on collaboration, growth and wellbeing. Together, they continuously expand a shared code library to uphold the highest standards across projects, follow individual development plans shaped by market and business needs, and deliver some of the most innovative Customer Experience solutions in the region. Leveraging Oracle Eloqua and related technologies, you will help create impactful customer experiences by managing integrations, improving data quality, resolving technical challenges and enabling marketing teams to deliver effective, data-driven campaigns at scale.

In this role, you'll:

  • Shape and deliver enhancements that improve the experience for campaign managers, CRM users and recipients of marketing communications

  • Own integrations across web, marketing, event and sales tools, safeguarding data flow quality and driving further improvements

  • Triage, prioritise and resolve technical incidents reported by users

  • Track and analyse digital platform performance, turning insights into actionable optimisation recommendations

  • Build and execute a data quality strategy covering retention, record improvements and structural optimisation

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of marketing automation trends and best practices to ensure we never stand still

Apply if you have:

  • At least 3 years' experience working with Oracle Eloqua

  • Hands-on experience with system integrations via APIs or dedicated connectors

  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or SOQL

  • A very good command of English (min. B2)

  • A university degree in IT (preferred) or Marketing

  • Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail

  • Solid organisational and time management skills

  • The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A current base in one of the CEE territories

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) or other CRM platforms
