Principali responsabilità:

sviluppare template email responsive in HTML su linguaggio AMPscript e all’occorrenza campagne su altri canali;
recepire e modificare le creatività per la localizzazione delle campagne (necessaria conoscenza basic di Adobe Photoshop) con i necessari dinamismi;
gestire il database del cliente creando target e automation attraverso le piattaforme d’invio;
comporre Customer Journey per l’invio di email, SMS, MMS, push notification e altre tipologie di messaggi.
inviare i test delle campagne e gestire i feedback del cliente in autonomia o supportati dal manager di progetto assegnato;
inviare e schedulare le campagne destinate ai differenti target su base quotidiana/settimanale
verificare, monitorare e analizzare i KPI delle campagne inviate
interfacciarsi direttamente con il cliente e/o con il proprio manager di riferimento per fornire supporto e valutazioni sui progetti attivi e futuri

Intraprenderai un percorso di specializzazione sul modulo Personalization per svolgere in autonomia le seguenti attività:

Sviluppo di soluzioni personalizzate per trasformare e ottimizzare i processi di vendita, customer service e digital marketing dei nostri clienti.
Integrazione di piattaforme di real-time marketing nell’architettura IT esistente.
Disegno e implementazione di use case avanzati per la personalizzazione di prodotti e contenuti su più canali (web, app, e-mail, etc.).

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al:

3° livello CCNL Commercio (28.000€-30.000€) per candidati senza esperienza o esperienza minima
2° livello CCNL Commercio (31.500€-32.500€) per candidati con comprovata esperienza nel ruolo
