As an AI Solution Engineer - Manager, you will lead and manage AI-related products, projects and initiatives. Identify business needs and recommend appropriate AI solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

-Lead and manage AI-related products, projects and initiatives.

-Identify, qualify and originate AI advisory opportunities within the Northeast Mexico enterprise portfolio, translating client business needs into appropriate AI solutions and engagement proposals.

-Drive solution shaping and technical management throughout the client engagement lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through delivery handoff.
-Develop and support new AI-enabled offerings and solutions.
-Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple practices and business units.
-Manage and develop relationships with clients, partners, and the internal r&d team.
-Evaluate and differentiate AI technologies and platforms based on specific business use cases.
-Act as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities, trends, and best practices business use cases.


What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

-Strong understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and solution architectures.
-Experience evaluating and positioning multiple AI solutions for different business scenarios.
-Solution architecture experience and the ability to design scalable technology solutions.
-Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
-Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and business stakeholders.
-Strong self-learning and continuous improvement mindset.

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics
-AI-related certifications, advanced studies, or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
-Cloud certifications in AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft Azure.
-Tech Sales Academy certification or similar sales enablement training.
-Experience supporting client-facing AI solution discussions and strategic technology engagements.
- Leading teams in data transformation and validation processes
- Mentoring junior staff in data integration and modeling techniques
