What you'll do

Support relationships with football, rugby and other athlete or influencer partners so collaborations run effectively
Get campaign and launch products to players, athletes and influencers through product seeding
Track new agency and player agreements, checking deadlines and following up on supplier invoices for payment
Prepare product requests for marketing so teams have enough stock for asset deliveries

What you bring

A degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or a related field
At least one year of experience in a similar role
Intermediate Excel and English, plus the ability to prepare and present analytical reports
You can review budgets and stay organized while handling recurring processes

YOUR MISSION

Dar soporte a la relación de jugadores de fútbol/rugby/atletas/influencers de la marca para lograr una relación efectiva.
Entregar productos a jugadores/atletas/influencers (seeding) para alinear cada producto de campaña lanzamiento a los lanzamientos.
Realizar seguimiento administrativo de nuevos contratos y/o proveedores (agencias) para mantener una relación laboral estable.
Seguimiento para asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de los contratos vigente de los jugadores/atletas.
Realizar el seguimiento de facturas para realizar los pagos a los proveedores en tiempo y forma.
Armar pedidos de producto para MKT para contar con las cantidades adecuadas de producto para cumplir con las entregas a assets.

YOUR TALENT

Carreras relacionadas con publicidad, marketing, adm. de empresas o afines.
1 - 2 años de experiencia como mínimo en posiciones similares.
Excel intermedio.
Inglés intermedio.
Capacidad analítica para armado y presentación de reportes.
Análisis y revisión de presupuestos.
Avanzado nivel de inglés tanto escrito cómo verbal.
Trabajo en equipo y capacidad de liderar con el ejemplo.
Proactividad, independencia y seguridad a la hora de tomar decisiones.
Sentido de pertenencia y orientación a resultados.
Organizado, ordenado y orientado a convivir con procesos diarios.
