Dates: Starting in March 2027 for a 6-month internship
We are seeking a Global External Communications Intern, based in Paris, for a six-month internship to support our Global External Communications team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to positioning Puig as a leader in the beauty industry while helping safeguard and strengthen its corporate reputation through strategic external communications initiatives.
What you'll get to do
Working closely with the Global External Communications Manager, you will support the development and execution of international corporate communications strategies. You will contribute across multiple communication channels, with responsibilities including:
External Communications
- Assist in updating, drafting, and proofreading corporate communication materials (presentations, press kits, reports, articles, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams, brands, and external partners.
- Coordinate with agencies, external partners, and brand teams on content production and distribution.
- Support the management and updating of external communication assets, including translations, website content, and social media adaptations.
- Maintain and update the corporate image library, video library, and press coverage archive to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Social Media & Editorial Content
- Contribute to the corporate editorial calendar by proposing creative content ideas and ensuring timely updates.
- Assist in creating engaging social media content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor digital trends and propose innovative content formats to strengthen corporate storytelling and increase brand visibility.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or equivalent higher education institution, and able to provide an internship agreement for the full duration of the internship (6 months).
- Students pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or Business with a specialization in Communications are encouraged to apply.
Competencies:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy when handling sensitive information.
- Creative and curious, with excellent writing skills and a passion for developing engaging content across multiple channels.
- Interest in the beauty, fragrance, and fashion industries, with an understanding of their communication landscape.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus but not compulsory.
- Familiarity with digital content management systems and social media platforms.
