What you'll do

- At least five years managing events and projects
- Working ability with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, plus Chinese character typing
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong communication and presentation skills

Lead, develop and execute on agent and client events to help drive productivityJob Descriptions:
Agent and Client Events
- Design and execute end to end agent and client seminars and events including:
- Project management
- Poster design and communication
- Follow up on Payment
- Coordinate and communicate with event stakeholders including external speakers, professional partners, internal key parties and agents.
- Follow through with post event evaluation, analysis or continuation into other business development activities
Business Development Event Calendar
- Demonstrate understanding of business needs to propose appropriate Learning and Development and Client events suitable for different agency segments
- Coordinate and populate Event Calendar and planning
Ad hoc Projects
- Handle projects as assigned related to business development scope
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, Wealth Management or related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in event and project management
- PC skills in MS Office, including Power Point, Excel and Chinese character typing
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, mature, initiative & customer service oriented
- Strong communications skills with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
