We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager & Vendor Coordination Specialist to support the planning, development, management, and delivery of high-quality digital learning content across multiple projects and stakeholders. This role acts as the central coordinator between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring the successful deployment of accessible digital content and asynchronous learning modules.

The ideal candidate brings strong digital content creation expertise, vendor management capabilities, deep knowledge of instructional design principles, and demonstrated proficiency with Section 508 accessibility compliance standards (WCAG 2.1+).

Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Development: Develop, manage, and maintain digital learning content for online learning environments; edit multimedia assets (videos, graphics, presentations, e-learning modules) developed internally and externally.
Asynchronous Learning Design: Design and build self-paced learning modules, microlearning experiences, learning pathways, and resource repositories using LMS and authoring tools following adult learning best practices.
Vendor Coordination & Project Management: Serve as the primary liaison for multiple external vendors and service providers; manage project timelines, deliverables, reviews, approvals, risk escalations, and status meetings.
Accessibility & Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital materials meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1+ standards; conduct accessibility reviews/remediation and implement QA testing for learner-centered design.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements, align cross-functional teams (leadership, instructional, technology), and maintain project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, Digital Media, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in digital content creation and e-learning development.
Domain Knowledge: Solid foundation in instructional design, adult learning theories, and digital accessibility remediation.
Preferred: Background supporting public sector, state agency, K-12, or higher education environments.
