What you bring

Fluency in English and the relevant local language, plus strong negotiation and communication skills
A finance, business administration, or related bachelor's degree, with familiarity using MT5 and internal trading terminals

Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
In-depth understanding of the LatAm financial markets and regulatory environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and local language is crutial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
