From the employer

About Posh

We are all social creatures, but the dominant “social” companies today have evolved into digital loneliness machines, driving isolation, anxiety, and mental health challenges around the world.

Human connection is lost. Posh is a beacon guiding us back.

Posh enables anyone to build an IRL community based on shared interests, while connecting consumers with the communities of people just like them. Founded by event organizers who were frustrated with the growing loneliness epidemic and the tools available to build their own event brand, we’ve built the ultimate platform for launching, monetizing, and finding IRL communities of people just like you. In just 6 years, Posh has grown to a team of 70, expanded to 10M+ users, secured $70m in venture funding, and facilitated over $400M in transactions.

About the Role

As Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll be the operational architect behind Posh’s Go-To-Market organization, owning the systems, processes, planning, and data that allow Sales, Community, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Support to operate as one revenue engine.

Your mandate is to turn ambitious growth goals into executable plans. You’ll own sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM architecture, GTM systems, and cross-functional processes across the customer lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Revenue and GTM leaders to ensure every team has clear goals, clean data, the right coverage, and the operating infrastructure required to hit them.

You’ll manage a 3 person team across Revenue Operations, Enablement, and GTM Engineering, while building the processes and systems required to support Posh as we scale.

This is an in-person position at our SoHo, NYC office.

What You'll Own & Achieve

  • Build the plan behind the revenue number: Own annual and quarterly planning across quotas, capacity, headcount, territories, coverage, and pipeline requirements.

  • Make post-sale performance measurable: Partner with Customer Success and Account Management on NRR, churn, product adoption, renewals, book distribution, capacity planning, compensation, and hiring forecasts.

  • Own the GTM systems and data foundation: Set the strategy for CRM, forecasting, prospecting, enablement, reporting, automation, and AI while ensuring data is clean, reliable, and decision-ready.

  • Make forecasting and pipeline management predictable: Own forecasting, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, and operating rhythms so leadership has clear visibility into performance, risk, and next actions.

  • Design the GTM operating system: Build and improve the processes behind qualification, routing, handoffs, renewals, deal velocity, and ownership across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Support.

  • Create a measurable Community Marketing-to-Sales funnel: Define MQL qualification, lead routing, follow-up expectations, and tracking from lead generation through closed-won.

  • Build and scale the RevOps organization: Lead Revenue Operations, Enablement, and GTM Engineering while driving adoption of the systems and processes needed to scale.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, including experience leading teams in a high-growth environment

  • Deep experience owning sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning across quotas, headcount, territories, coverage, and pipeline requirements

  • A track record of improving conversion, deal velocity, seller productivity, and forecast accuracy through better systems, processes, and operating rhythms

  • Experience building operational infrastructure across the full customer lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales through Customer Success, renewals, retention, and expansion

  • Strong CRM, data, and GTM systems expertise, with the analytical ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations and operating decisions

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and a builder mentality, with experience driving change across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Product, Data, and Support

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a high-growth marketplace, fintech, or consumer technology company.

  • Experience scaling a GTM organization through a major growth stage such as Series B through Series D.

  • Experience owning or partnering closely on compensation design, Deal Desk, and sales enablement.

  • Experience implementing or migrating major CRM, Customer Success, or GTM platforms.

  • Experience building Revenue Operations functions or teams from an earlier stage of maturity.
