Through cross-functional collaboration, intelligent automation, and continuous improvement, we’re transforming how work is prioritized, managed, and delivered across PMG.
You’ll report to the Head of Business Transformation and partner closely with Resource Management, Impact Operations, Customer Operations, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership to design and implement PMG’s future Workforce Management capabilities. Together, you’ll develop the infrastructure, processes, systems, and governance needed to intelligently forecast, prioritize, and fulfill work at scale.
Beyond developing new capabilities, you’ll help lead a significant evolution in how PMG approaches workforce management—moving beyond traditional people-based resource allocation toward intelligent work orchestration across people, AI agents, automation, and technology. You’ll play a key role in building scalable solutions, driving organizational adoption, and establishing the frameworks that support operational excellence and long-term business growth.

What You Will Do

Lead the design and implementation of PMG’s future Workforce Management capabilities, developing scalable processes, systems, and frameworks that support intelligent work planning and fulfillment.

Architect end-to-end workforce management infrastructure, including business processes, governance models, operating rhythms, service models, standard operating procedures, and workforce management methodologies.

Establish reporting frameworks, data standards, and governance practices that ensure accurate, consistent, and actionable workforce insights across the organization.

Develop executive dashboards and data visualization capabilities that provide business leaders with the right workforce insights at the right time to support strategic decision-making.

Evaluate and optimize the Work Demand Request process, improving how customer and business needs are captured, prioritized, and translated into actionable fulfillment strategies.

Develop standardized work taxonomies, fulfillment methodologies, and inventories of skills, capabilities, AI agents, automations, and reusable delivery assets.

Design decision-making frameworks that determine the optimal combination of people, AI, automation, and technology required to efficiently fulfill work.

Leverage operational data, historical performance, and emerging technologies to continuously improve workforce planning, fulfillment recommendations, and operational efficiency.

Define the product vision, business requirements, and strategic roadmap for PMG’s Workforce Management technology ecosystem.

Lead the evolution of PMG’s Resource Management App from a people-centric allocation tool into an intelligent, work demand-centric Workforce Management platform.

Identify opportunities to integrate workflow automation, AI-assisted management capabilities, and agentic workflows into workforce management processes and systems.

Partner with Resource Management, Customer Operations, Impact Operations, and cross-functional leadership to align transformation initiatives with business priorities and operational needs.

Develop and execute implementation roadmaps, change management strategies, and adoption plans that successfully introduce new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Establish performance metrics and capability maturity frameworks to measure transformation progress, operational effectiveness, and long-term business impact.

Support operational continuity during key phases of transformation, balancing the implementation of future capabilities with current business needs.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve decision-making, and increase organizational scalability.
Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Workforce Management, Resource Management, Operations Strategy, or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

You have experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, designing scalable business capabilities, and implementing operational improvements across teams or organizations.
