- Willingness to travel around your territory and meet customers regularly

In this vital role, you will be the face of our entry-to-mid-level additive technologies, engaging education-focused accounts, nurturing early-stage adopters, and conducting consultative, application-fit discoveries to help customers confidently identify the right solutions. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually plus commission and bonus opportunities. Requirements
- 2 or more years of outside, industrial or manufacturing sales experience
- Experience supporting the sale of capital equipment, manufacturing technology, automation, software-enabled hardware, or technical services
- Comfortable traveling throughout a defined territory and meeting with clients regularly
- Excellent understanding of engineering, additive/3D printing or similar field
- Understands manufacturers, engineering teams, production environments, and technical buying committees
- Experience with aerospace, defense, medical, energy, contract manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing is a plus
