Job Description

As a Sr. Manager, Cross-Business Portfolio Strategy & Marketing you will represent the Image Guided Therapy Devices Business Unit in high-visibility initiatives across Philips Image Guided Therapy, helping shape integrated solutions that improve coronary care. Working closely with the Image Guided Therapy Systems Business Unit, customers, Key Opinion Leaders, regional marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will influence portfolio vision, decisions, product integration, workflows, and go-to-market strategies.

Your role :

  • Serve as marketing core team lead and subject matter expert for selected cross-business new and pipeline coronary projects, representing the business unit throughout development and execution.
  • Engage customers, clinical experts, and internal stakeholders to gather insights, ensure clinical quality, and translate feedback into user-interface, workflow, integration, and revenue model requirements.
  • Shape the long-term vision and roadmap for integrated hardware and software solutions that orchestrate information, reduce workflow variation, support clinical decisions, and improve care efficiency.
  • Develop business cases and commercial models for integrated solutions, validate key assumptions through market research, and align recommendations with stakeholders and the management team.
  • Define global and local go-to-market strategies, incorporating pricing, reimbursement, health-economic, and market-access considerations while supporting regional teams and cross-functional change.



You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a MBA or Phd advanced technical degree
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a technical field related to image-guided therapy.
  • You have at least 3+ years working in the field of physiology
  • You combine strong product management, business-case development, clinical and technical domain knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and change-management skills, with the ability to lead effectively in a complex matrix environment.
  • Strong experience working with customers and key opinion leaders.
  • A data-driven approach with strong execution and follow-through.
  • Experience working across international, multicultural teams and time zones.
  • Fluency in English

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.


Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €[ 78,187]–€[ 130,312]. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
