Job Description

Join Philips IGT-Devices Advanced Imaging at an important stage in the international expansion of its coronary imaging and physiology portfolio. You will lead downstream marketing and commercialisation across Europe and priority growth markets, helping position, launch and drive adoption of innovative technologies including HyperVue™, Starlight™ and X1-FFR™.

Working closely with global Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, senior leaders and international market partners, you will translate market needs into effective launch strategies, localised content and strong commercial execution.


Your responsibilities

  • Lead downstream marketing strategy for Europe and priority international growth markets.
  • Develop market-entry and launch plans aligned with CE Mark and EU MDR milestones.
  • Define compelling positioning and messaging for the Advanced Imaging coronary portfolio.
  • Localise sales tools, clinical materials, digital assets and training content.
  • Enable direct sales teams and distribution partners through training and marketing support.
  • Analyse market potential, competition, customer segments, reimbursement and growth opportunities.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, clinical champions and cardiology societies.
  • Represent Philips Advanced Imaging at major international cardiology congresses.
  • Develop regional digital campaigns to increase awareness and product adoption.
  • Monitor launch performance, identify commercial risks and adapt strategies accordingly.

You are the right fit if

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
  • You bring at least 7 years of marketing or related medical-device experience.
  • You have successfully launched medical technologies across European or international markets.
  • You understand European MedTech markets, regulatory requirements and reimbursement environments.
  • You have experience in product marketing, sales enablement, segmentation and competitive analysis.
  • You can translate complex market information into clear commercial strategies.
  • You communicate effectively across cultures and collaborate well with global and regional stakeholders.
  • You are organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in interventional cardiology, intravascular imaging or cardiovascular devices is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
  • You are willing to travel internationally approximately 30–40%

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is 21,900–36,499 ILS. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for a bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs & company results. We'll share the full approach and additional benefits with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
