- Working knowledge of at least two of radiology, cardiology and pathology informatics, plus healthcare interoperability and enterprise architecture

Your opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Zone Business Leader - APAC Enterprise Informatics to join our team based in Singapore. In this senior regional leadership role, you will shape and drive the APAC growth strategy for Philips’ Enterprise Informatics portfolio, leading commercial execution across complex healthcare software and informatics solutions spanning Radiology, Cardiology and Pathology.
You will lead high-performing sales teams across a diverse, multi-country region, build trusted relationships with senior healthcare and public-sector stakeholders, and translate market opportunity into disciplined pipeline growth, strategic deal execution and sustainable revenue expansion. Working closely with global, regional and local teams, you will play a critical role in delivering integrated customer solutions that create measurable value across healthcare organisations.
Your role:
- Lead the APAC sales strategy, annual operating plan and growth agenda for the Enterprise Informatics portfolio.
- Prioritise markets, segments and strategic accounts based on opportunity, customer readiness, competitive position and execution capacity.
- Develop country and cluster plans across new-logo acquisition, installed-base expansion, software renewals, recurring revenue and strategic partnerships.
- Translate customer needs, market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable commercial priorities and portfolio feedback.
- Lead, coach and develop sales leaders, strategic account directors and solution-sales specialists across APAC.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer value, collaboration, inclusion and ethical conduct.
- Set clear targets, resource priorities and account coverage models, addressing performance gaps with speed and fairness.
- Drive sales discipline across methodology, opportunity qualification, account planning, value selling, executive sponsorship and succession planning.
- Own regional pipeline health, forecast quality and sales cadence, ensuring visibility of risks, dependencies and next actions.
- Lead strategic deal and tender reviews, including stakeholder mapping, competitive strategy, value proposition, pricing and negotiation approach.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-suite, clinical, IT and operational leaders, including CIOs, CMIOs, radiology and cardiology leaders, pathologists, hospital executives and government decision-makers acting as executive sponsor for priority accounts and escalations.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Clinical Applications, Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Delivery and external partners to create integrated customer propositions.
- Ensure effective handover from sales to implementation and customer success, while operating in full compliance with healthcare regulations, procurement requirements, data-privacy standards and company integrity policies.
You're the right fit if:
- Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology or digital-health sales, including significant regional leadership responsibility.
- Strong track record of leading multi-country sales teams and delivering growth in complex, matrixed and culturally diverse.
- Demonstrated success selling mission-critical, multi-year software, SaaS, cloud or managed-service solutions to healthcare providers and/or government customers.
- Proven experience with long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple clinical, technical, financial and procurement stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of at least two of the following domains, with the ability to lead credibly across all three:
- Radiology informatics: enterprise imaging, PACS, RIS, VNA, workflow orchestration, image exchange and AI-enabled workflows.
- Cardiology informatics: cardiology PACS, CVIS, structured reporting, ECG or hemodynamic workflows and enterprise clinical integration.
- Pathology informatics: digital pathology, image management, computational pathology, laboratory integration and diagnostic workflow transformation.
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability and enterprise architecture, including DICOM, HL7 and FHIR; familiarity with cloud adoption, cybersecurity and health-data privacy.
- Experience shaping and negotiating large tenders, framework agreements and enterprise contracts, public-sector procurement experience is highly valued.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing, margin, business cases, recurring-revenue models and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Healthcare or a related field, an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
