About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support CRM management, lead generation, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations.
This is a hands-on, process-driven role for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with Salesforce and marketing data, and knows how to keep campaigns, prospect lists, and marketing systems accurate and running smoothly.
You’ll work directly with senior marketing leadership and play an important role in building scalable, reliable marketing operations.
What You’ll Own
Salesforce CRM & Data Management
- Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce
- Manage CRM hygiene, segmentation, and database organization
- Audit records and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data
- Ensure marketing data is campaign-ready and properly structured
Lead Generation & Prospect List Building
- Build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and similar tools
- Research and organize prospect and company data
- Audit lists for accuracy and relevance
- Prepare segmented audiences for marketing and outreach campaigns
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Build and execute compliant mass email campaigns
- Support campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
- Assist with email drafts, templates, and publishing
- Coordinate campaign assets and light creative work using Canva
- Support marketing automation through Pardot / Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Reporting & Marketing Analytics
- Maintain campaign tracking frameworks and dashboards

- Provide organized reporting and visibility to marketing leadership
SEO & Website Support
- Conduct basic website and content audits
- Support SEO-focused website updates
- Assist with content improvements and publishing

- Document marketing workflows and SOPs
- Standardize recurring processes
- Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies
- Recommend improvements that make marketing execution more scalable
Competitive & Market Research
- Maintain competitor tracking databases
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Organize findings to support marketing decisions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data management, segmentation, and reporting
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as:
- Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement
- HubSpot
- Similar marketing automation tools
- Experience with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting platforms
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Ability to follow, improve, and document structured workflows
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable working remotely during CST business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies
