What you'll do
- Design brochures, ads, presentations, social graphics and digital assets that explain product features and technical ideas

What you bring
- You are pursuing a degree in multimedia design, graphic design or another related listed field
- You can use Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- You have working familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro or comparable motion and video-editing software
- Your portfolio shows design fundamentals and creative ability

Join Our Creative Team
OTTO Engineering is seeking a creative, motivated Multimedia Design Intern to join our Marketing Department. This hands-on opportunity combines graphic design, digital content creation, motion graphics, and video production to support marketing initiatives across a diverse range of products and industries.
You'll collaborate with our Marketing team to develop compelling visual content for print, digital, social media, and video applications while gaining practical experience in a professional creative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Graphic Design & Visual Communication
o Design marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, and digital assets.
o Develop layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual content that communicate product features and technical concepts.
o Maintain brand consistency across creative projects.
o Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital applications.
- Motion Graphics & Video Production
o Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
o Edit video footage, incorporate graphics, and develop visual effects using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
o Support the development of product videos, promotional content, and animated presentations.
o Collaborate on creative concepts and visual storytelling for multimedia projects.
- Photography & Creative Content
o Assist with product photography, image editing, retouching, and compositing.
o Develop creative assets for social media, websites, trade shows, and other marketing applications.
o Work with team members to bring creative concepts from initial development through final production.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion graphics and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to communicate ideas through both static and motion-based visual content.
- Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and creative ability.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT ARE A PLUS
- Working knowledge of KeyShot 3D visualization or rendering software.
- Technical illustration.
- Photography, photo retouching, and image compositing.
