What you'll do
- Lead Salesforce rollout, migration and ongoing improvement work, including projects involving Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

What you bring
- A degree in engineering, systems, IT, business administration or a related field
- At least three years managing technology projects
- You have managed Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and related initiatives
- You have worked with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods and led multidisciplinary teams
- Intermediate English and familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or comparable tools

Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Project Manager con conocimientos en Salesforce y Marketing Cloud para liderar iniciativas de transformación digital, implementación y evolución de plataformas CRM y automatización de marketing.
Requisitos Indispensables
Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Administración o afín.
3 años de experiencia como Project Manager en proyectos de tecnología.
Experiencia liderando proyectos de Salesforce (Preferentemente)
Experiencia en implementaciones y gestión de iniciativas con Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Preferentemente)
Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile, Scrum y Waterfall.
Experiencia en gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y stakeholders.
Manejo de Jira, Azure DevOps o herramientas similares.

Responsabilidades
Liderar proyectos de implementación, migración y mejora continua de Salesforce.
Gestionar proyectos relacionados con Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud y sus integraciones.
Coordinar equipos de negocio, desarrollo, arquitectura, QA y proveedores externos.
Administrar alcance, presupuesto, cronograma, riesgos y dependencias.
Dar seguimiento a entregables, hitos y métricas del proyecto.
Facilitar ceremonias ágiles y promover buenas prácticas de gestión.
Gestionar la relación con stakeholders y áreas de negocio.
Asegurar la correcta alineación entre las necesidades comerciales y las soluciones tecnológicas implementadas.
Supervisar integraciones entre Salesforce y plataformas externas.
Deseable
Certificaciones Salesforce.
Experiencia en proyectos de CRM, Customer Experience o Marketing Digital.
Conocimiento de Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Conocimiento de Salesforce Data Cloud.
Experiencia en sectores de retail, financiero, seguros o e-commerce.
