What you'll do

What you bring

- Knowledge of advanced Oracle HCM modules such as Recruiting, Performance Management and Learning Management
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, with eligibility to work in Jordan

In this role, you will help shape and optimize HCM solutions that support critical business processes across the organization. As a senior specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective Oracle HCM solutions, contribute to successful ERP implementations, and support continuous improvement through thoughtful system enhancements and post-implementation guidance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design effective, scalable HCM solutions.
- Lead Oracle HCM configuration throughout project phases in alignment with business needs and Oracle best practices.
- Collaborate with technical consultants on customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop, validate, and maintain implementation artifacts, including solution designs, user guides, test scripts, and training materials, with accurate version control.
- Deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Mentor junior and associate consultants.
- Provide expert post-implementation support and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Oversee data migration using Data Loader, HCM Data Loader, and SQL scripts while ensuring data integrity.
- Monitor project progress and system performance and provide structured stakeholder reports.
- Build expertise across HRMS modules and tools, recommend system and process improvements, and contribute to project planning, risk management, and ERP methodology enhancements.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Min 4 Years of Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business.
- Knowledge of advanced Oracle HCM modules, including Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Succession Planning.
- Advanced practical knowledge of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Self Service, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Payroll) including optimization techniques & performance tuning.
- Forms Personalization for enhancing & modifying standard functionalities.
- Approvals Management Engine (AME) for configuring approval workflows.
- Oracle HCM API for integrations & automation.
- Oracle Workflow Builder for customizing workflow processes.
- Data migration expertise using Data Loader, HCM Data Loader (HDL), & SQL scripts; experience with Data Loader and HCM Data Loader and writing SQL scripts is a plus.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Good proficiency in Arabic.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Eligible to work in Jordan.
- Able to work on-site.
