Since 2016, we have placed over 20,000 people across major UK airports, supporting airlines, ground handlers and airport operators with reliable, high-volume workforce solutions. We have been named in the Recruiter Hot 100 for three consecutive years (2023, 2024 and 2025).
The role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of Optime’s marketing and strengthen our position as a leading name in aviation recruitment.

- LinkedIn and content: Manage Optime’s LinkedIn presence, including company and leadership profiles, along with other relevant channels. Produce content that engages airport and airline decision-makers.
- Lead generation: Plan and deliver B2B campaigns that generate qualified enquiries for the commercial team, and report on their performance.
- SEO and website: Manage the Optime website, improving search visibility, content and conversion.
- Design: Produce sales collateral, case studies, social media graphics, event materials and presentations using InDesign and Photoshop.
- AI and marketing tools: Use AI and other marketing technology across content, research, design and automation to improve quality and efficiency.
