From the employer
Build a Sales Career. Create a legacy in the Arts.
At On The Stage we believe the best sales careers are built around solving meaningful problems for people you care about.
We are seeking a consultative B2B sales professional who wants to combine a serious sales career with a genuine connection to the performing arts. You may come from SaaS, ecommerce, nonprofit, media, or another consultative sales environment. You may also have deep experience in theatre—as a producer, performer, educator, administrator, or arts professional—and are ready to bring that experience into a professional sales and go-to-market career.
You don’t have to be a theatre person to thrive here. You have to be a seller who understands, appreciates, or wants to serve the theatre and live events community.
The performing arts are full of talented people and organizations doing extraordinary work with limited resources. We believe technology should help—not get in the way.
OTS gives arts organizations the tools to:
Sell more tickets and grow audiences
Save time and simplify day-to-day operations

Our end-to-end SaaS platform includes:
Online ticketing with a mobile-first checkout experience
Promotional websites and automated marketing
Audience engagement tools and real-time reporting
Native CRM and fundraising capabilities
In-checkout revenue accelerators
Key Responsibilities
