The IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, transfer to Service Owner/Service Manager and closing of DTX projects within Omya. The Project Managers ensures that the project is completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager leads a project team, coordinates resources, and communicates with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. We are looking for a Project Manager who has successfully enhanced and scaled CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) in live environments, making measurable improvements in sales pipeline, marketing effectiveness, and user adoption.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks).
Manage resources (team, budget, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation.
Lead and motivate the project team, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
Coordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication.Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and apply corrective actions when needed.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare project status updates, reports, and final project closure documentation.
Facilitate delivery of project outputs to clients and service owners.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND MARKETING IT RELATED PROJECTS:
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing IT projects with direct impact on Sales & Marketing operations.
Proven delivery of at least 2 CRM/MarTech implementation or enhancement projects, including data migration, process harmonization (segments, business units, end-to-end flow), systems integration, and user adoption.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (data model, release & environment management, governance and change control), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager Sites; experience supporting eCommerce projects is highly valued. Knowledge of other CRM suites is a plus, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, SAP CX, and Oracle CX.
Experience collaborating with SAP SD and LE teams is a strong advantage, especially in projects involving e-invoicing compliance requirements.
Strong commercial stakeholder management: Sales Ops, Rev/Ops and Marketing Ops.
Demonstrated AI implementation on S&M activities.
CRM system certification is a plus (admin or consultant).
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, project management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering IT and digitalization projects on time and within budget.
PMO or similar project management certifications would be aprecciated. (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interper-sonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influ-ence stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
