Mid-Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator (Freelance)

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Graphic Designer / Illustrator to join Omnisend Mind on a freelance basis and help shape how our brand looks and feels across every channel. You'll work closely with the Communications & Creative team, turning ideas into distinctive visuals and illustrations that make ecommerce marketing feel simple, human, and a little more fun.

This role is hands-on and creative. You'll own projects from the first sketch to the final file, bring your own ideas to the table, and help build a visual language people recognize as Omnisend.

What you’ll do at Omnisend:

• Create product illustrations with a consistent, fresh visual style that feels current and recognizably Omnisend.

• Design banners for the website, social media, ads, and campaigns.

• Create visual assets that bring our newsletters to life and make emails more engaging.

• Prepare print-ready files for flyers, stickers, and other materials for events.

We expect that you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and illustration.

• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your creative workflow.

• A sharp eye for detail, composition, color, and typography.

• The ability to take a complex idea and find a simple visual way to explain it.

• A self-driven way of working: you manage your own time, communicate proactively, and consistently meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal English.

• A link to your portfolio showcasing your most recent illustration and marketing design work.
