  • At least six years in brand marketing, creative marketing, digital design, or a related B2B SaaS role

  • Fluency with AI-supported creative workflows and the ability to manage several projects independently

Who this fits

You’ll suit a senior, hands-on creative leader who can set direction while also developing concepts and prototypes. The role fits someone comfortable coordinating internal designers, agencies, developers, and other creative specialists in a fast-changing business. It is a remote contractor position.

From the employer

Oddin.gg is the leading B2B esports betting infrastructure provider. We provide the content, odds, risk management, and data-driven innovations that power betting for sportsbook and platform operators worldwide. As Oddin expands into new products, markets, and categories, we need a brand that can evolve with the business while remaining distinctive and unmistakably ours.

We're hiring a Brand and Creative Marketing Manager to own Oddin's visual identity. You'll define how the brand should look, feel, and show up across every touchpoint—from our website, campaigns, social channels, and sales materials to events, video, employer branding, and product launches.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead, external design agency, and website developers, setting the creative direction, writing strong briefs, and ensuring that the work meets brand standard. But this isn't a role where everything is handed off. We need someone who can turn an early idea into a visual concept, prototype, or campaign direction and use AI tools to explore and produce creative work faster.

This is a senior, hands-on role with significant influence over how Oddin is perceived in the industry. You'll help us evolve an established identity, create stronger consistency across the company, and build a brand system capable of scaling across multiple products, audiences, and markets.

What you'll do

  • Own and evolve Oddin's brand strategy, visual identity, and creative direction

  • Translate company and marketing strategy into distinctive creative concepts, campaigns, and visual narratives

  • Maintain and develop the brand system, including guidelines, templates, imagery, typography, presentation standards, and visual principles

  • Set the creative direction for websites, product launches, social content, events, videos, sales materials, employer branding, and internal communications

  • Work closely with internal designers and external agencies: create strong briefs, provide clear feedback, and ensure consistently high-quality execution

  • Develop campaign concepts from the initial idea through to delivery, coordinating the people and resources needed to bring them to life

  • Use AI tools for creative exploration, image and video production, rapid prototyping, versioning, and workflow automation

  • Build scalable templates and processes that help teams create on-brand materials without slowing down execution

  • Review visual output across the company and raise the overall standard of how Oddin presents itself

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative marketing, digital design, or a closely related role with a B2B SaaS company

  • A strong portfolio of brand systems, campaigns, launches, or visual work that you personally shaped and brought to market

  • Experience owning or significantly evolving a visual identity—not only applying an existing set of guidelines

  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to defend your design decisions to leadership

  • The ability to translate commercial and strategic objectives into clear, compelling creative direction

  • Experience briefing and managing designers, agencies, and other creative specialists

  • Genuine fluency with AI-enabled creative workflows; you're already experimenting with image, video, design, or prototyping tools and understand where human judgment still matters

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving company where the brand and business are evolving at the same time

  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership without needing a detailed playbook

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B technology, gaming, esports, betting, entertainment, or another visually competitive industry

  • Experience building a brand architecture across multiple products, divisions, or audiences

  • A background in a startup or scale-up environment

  • Experience with motion, video, photography, 3D, or experiential and event design

  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable creative tools

  • Experience with website redesigns, brand migrations, or large-scale digital projects
