Role Summary:
Segment Marketing Manager for Transportation and Mobility to help drive global growth for the Secure Connected Edge business line.
Lead segment strategy, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution across key transportation and mobility applications.
Provide customer and market feedback to help guide future microprocessor, microcontroller, NPU, software, and solution roadmaps.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute global segment strategies that drive revenue growth, design-win momentum, and customer engagement.
Translate customer, partner, and market insights into actionable recommendations for product, software, and solution roadmap planning.
Create clear segment messaging, solution positioning, and campaign content for sales enablement, digital marketing, events, partner programs, and mass-market channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product lines, regional sales, applications teams, and external partners, to align priorities and accelerate adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, changes, and recommended actions clearly to stakeholders across multiple customer and ecosystem programs.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in the semiconductor industry.
Experience engaging Transportation and Mobility customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop business cases, market analysis, segment strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Working knowledge of embedded software environments, including Linux and real-time operating systems.
Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
Highly organized and action-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities across global, cross-functional teams.
Must hold U.S. citizenship.
