What you'll do

- Fluent English, along with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

- Strategic Account Leadership — Create and execute account strategies that drive sustainable growth across assigned automotive OEM/Tier 1 accounts.
- Customer Engagement — Maintain regular engagement with customer engineering, purchasing, and program management teams.
- Program Management — Manage long-term automotive programs across design-in, SOP, production, and lifecycle phases.
- Opportunity Development — Identify and qualify new design-in and socket opportunities aligned to customer vehicle platforms and roadmaps.
- CRM & Pipeline — Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) data, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.
- Competitive Intelligence — Participate in BOM teardown analysis to identify semiconductor content, competitive positioning, and cost drivers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration — Work with FAEs, product marketing, and engineering to align product positioning with customer needs.
- Commercial Support — Support automotive RFQs, pricing reviews, and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).
- Executive Engagement — Prepare and support high-level customer meetings and communicate NXP value propositions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or business development within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing large, complex accounts.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor products, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch or other relevant languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
