WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Dynamic Content Creation: Develop and support content across formats: press releases, articles, social media posts, website content, video scripts & presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
Visual Storytelling: Transform complex ideas and narratives into compelling visual presentations and multimedia assets.
Communications Operations: Improve our workflows by maintaining file systems, manage distribution lists and subscriptions, and support weekly/monthly reporting processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross functional teams to uncover compelling stories and improve visibility for communications initiatives.
Performance Analytics: Work with the communications team to track and report results across public relations, content performance, executive visibility, and social media to help shape future strategies.
YOU HAVE:
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Writing or Marketing or related field.
2-5 years of progressive experience in corporate communication, digital media or a related field.
Demonstrated dedication to continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving trends, tools, digital platforms and guidelines.
Strategic Approach: Ability to connect communications activities to broader business goals and growth strategies.
Storytelling Excellence: Ability to craft compelling narratives and translate them into engaging written and visual content.
Content & Multimedia Expertise: Background in video production, presentation design, journalism, public relations, or corporate communications with a blend of writing, digital and visual skills.
Collaborative Approach: Skilled at working across teams, breaking down silos, and uncovering meaningful stories.
Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
