We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to help reach our APAC ambitions. You will be managing key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for our cross-border merchants. The ideal candidate is a born networker who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants in your portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with key contacts across multi continents and time zones.
- Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders, and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience
- Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients
- Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention
- Work and collaborate with colleagues in the Global Nuvei Team
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Knowledge of payments and acquiring is a must
- You're a high-energy, dynamic, hands-on self-starter with a proven commercial edge and entrepreneurial drive
- You enjoy working in uncertain situations, and you can deal with ambiguity
- You're an excellent communicator who can build relations at all levels
- You are a very detailed person
- You can work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team
- You are well organized with good time management skills
- You have strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems
- Willingness to work across different time zones
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English
- Travel required (~5%)
