About the project

We are looking for a senior SEO specialist to own organic search for the web properties of a large enterprise client. Good SEO rests on three things: sound technical foundations, content that matches real search intent, and results you can measure. If that is how you think about the work, we should talk.

This is a client-facing delivery role. You own SEO end to end, from audit and strategy through implementation support and performance reporting. You will not hand over a deck and move on. You stay with the work until the numbers move.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the SEO strategy for the client's web properties and digital programs, tied to their business and marketing goals.
  • Run keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive benchmarking to find where the growth is.
  • Audit technical and content SEO, then turn what you find into a prioritized roadmap people can act on.
  • Track organic performance, rankings, and visibility, and recommend changes based on what the data shows.
  • Bring search insight into content and campaign planning, and advise content and copy teams so new pages work for both readers and search engines.
  • Work with developers and technical leads on site architecture, indexation, crawlability, structured data, and page performance.
  • Define on-page requirements: metadata, heading structure, internal linking, URL structure, and canonicalization.
  • Protect organic performance through migrations, redesigns, and platform releases.
  • Validate implementation after release and troubleshoot anything that hurts visibility.
  • Build and maintain SEO reporting and dashboards, and present performance, insights, and recommendations directly to client stakeholders.
  • Help shape our SEO standards and playbooks, and mentor colleagues earlier in their careers.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and cross-functional reviews.

What you bring

  • Five or more years in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing, with hands-on ownership of both strategy and execution.
  • A strong command of technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, and page performance.
  • Proven work in keyword research, search intent analysis, and content optimization for web experiences.
  • The ability to turn data into clear, prioritized recommendations, and to explain the reasoning behind them.
  • Experience getting SEO recommendations actually implemented, working with developers, designers, and content teams.
  • Experience presenting results and recommendations to stakeholders in a client-facing or agency setting.
  • Expert-level command of SEO tools and platforms such as Google Search Console and Semrush, plus familiarity with SERP tracking and competitive intelligence tools.
  • Experience with a component-based web content management system and its publishing workflows. Adobe Experience Manager is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and the ability to define and track organic performance metrics.
  • An informed view of where AI and LLMs are taking search, including AEO and generative search optimization.
  • Business-level English.
