As a Global Medical Communication Lead at Nestlé Nutrition and Health, your mission is to shape global, healthcare professional-centred communication for the premium vitamin, mineral and supplement portfolio, translating the latest science into compelling branded and non-branded engagements that support new and existing products. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with marketing, regulatory and scientific affairs, nutrition science, research and development, regional and market teams, external agencies, research partners and scientific experts. How you’ll make an impact as a Global Medical Communication Lead
- Developing global engagement and communication plans that strengthen healthcare professional understanding and increase recommendation, advocacy and adoption across the premium vitamin, mineral and supplement portfolio.
- Creating compelling scientific communication materials across in-person, digital and social channels to support new product launches and established product concepts.
- Shaping market awareness initiatives that build scientific credibility and support sustainable portfolio growth.
- Leading global programmes, congress activities, round tables and branded and non-branded advisory engagements that deepen trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating across global, regional and market teams to deliver communication toolkits that are relevant, consistent and ready for local adoption.
- Building productive partnerships with scientific experts and key opinion leaders (KOLs), agencies and research partners to turn insight and evidence into meaningful engagement.
What will make you successful
- Bringing substantial medical marketing experience in nutrition, pharmaceuticals or consumer healthcare environments.
- Applying scientific and regulatory awareness, including familiarity with external guidelines and regulations relevant to healthcare professional and advocacy relations to develop credible branded and non-branded healthcare professional programmes and materials.
- Using strategic planning, data analysis and project leadership to move multiple priorities from insight to action, with global experience highly preferred.
- Collaborating with influence and integrity across global teams while building trusted internal and external relationships.
- Communicating fluently in English.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
