From the employer

About the Role

NC America's Marketing team is bringing two new shooter titles to market across NC's portfolio. As we grow this slate, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our brand marketing efforts — the person who turns ambitious campaign ideas into clean execution, on time and on budget.

This is a high-visibility, highly cross-functional role. You'll partner directly with PR, Community, Social, Influencer, and Partnerships teams, manage agency and vendor relationships, and give leadership the visibility they need to make fast, confident decisions. If you love bringing order to complexity and want real ownership over how marketing campaigns come together, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Campaign & Project Leadership

  • Own the marketing development process end-to-end — from initial concept through final integrated plan — ensuring scope, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined for leadership review.
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines and work-back schedules, tracking progress against milestones and deadlines.
  • Proactively flag dependencies, risks, and roadblocks, and drive timely resolution with the right stakeholders.

Budget & Asset Operations

  • Track the NC Marketing budget and actuals, monitoring spend to keep projects on time and within parameters set by leadership.
  • Build and run a central system for tracking creative assets, both developed internally and received from strategic partners.
  • Maintain clear documentation of asset rights, usage limitations, and expiration dates, working closely with our legal and business affairs partners to keep all marketing activity compliant.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with PR, Community, Social, Influencer, and Partnerships teams to build cohesive campaigns across every touchpoint.
  • Lead channel integration, making sure plans are aligned and consistent across every marketing channel.
  • Coordinate legal, business, and stakeholder approvals to keep assets and materials moving on schedule, with clear approval management throughout each project phase.
  • Prepare and circulate clear, regular status updates and progress reports so Directors and final approvers always have visibility into where projects stand.

Planning, Analysis & Reporting

  • Lead plan integration, bringing together inputs from cross-functional teams into a single, coherent marketing plan.
  • Track project and campaign performance, and conduct analysis to inform decisions and surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation across plans, approvals, and campaign assets.
  • Own timeline planning for campaigns and projects, keeping all workstreams aligned to key dates.
  • Lead post-mortems after major campaigns, capturing learnings to improve future planning and execution.
  • Provide deck support for leadership presentations, pulling together clear, well-organized materials for key meetings.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years in program or project management, ideally within a marketing team or management consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and vendor or agency relationships at scale.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and strong critical thinking under pressure.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude — you build trust easily across teams and seniority levels.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Comfort with creative content workflows, copywriting review, and social analytics tools.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for NC's games and an active pulse on gaming, social, and community trends especially in the shooter space.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with PC and console gaming marketing (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems is a plus.

Why This Role

You'll have real ownership of how our marketing campaigns get built and shipped — not just keeping the trains running, but shaping how this growing team operates as we bring new shooter titles to players. It's fast-paced, collaborative, and built for someone who wants their fingerprints on the process, not just the paperwork.
