The Design & Creative Lead plays a pivotal role within the marketing team, accountable for developing and executing strong and consistent creative design assets across the Nasstar Group.
· Work in partnership with the marketing and comms teams on new creative projects to deliver best-in-class concepts.
· Act as the gatekeeper for brand design projects, eshots, video, digital, and campaigns ensuring all assets comply with brand standards.
· Maintain high creative standards for all digital output, conducting thorough reviews and revisions as necessary to ensure that outputs are engaging and on-brand.
· Manage workflows of the design team from development of clear briefing process to concept to execution to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
·Support on new business pitches and presentations.
·In partnership with the Director of Marketing and Comms and other design members, articulate the creative strategy for Nasstar group and all brands/ sub-brands, campaigns & editorial, print projects, and events.
·Keep up to date with industry, design and multi-media trends and be able to translate into new ideas and concepts which drive relevancy in the market.
