What you will do:

  • Lead and execute high-priority business initiatives, strategic mandates, and special projects directed by the CEO.
  • Conduct commercial evaluations, market entry analyses, and feasibility studies to unlock new regional growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the CEO on domestic and international business trips, high-level client negotiations, and industry summits.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure key commercial projects and operational milestones are delivered on time.
  • Drive engagement and follow-up with strategic clients, logistics providers, global suppliers, and key industry partners.
  • Analysis key business metrics, performance and revenue data to identify operational bottlenecks and growth levers.

What you will need:

  • 4-8 years of proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Operations, or Strategic Project Management.

  • High autonomy and execution power—capable of driving complex, cross-functional projects independently from 0 to 1.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English (multilingual capability in Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong plus for regional stakeholder management).
  • Mobility to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 30%+ business travel).
