What you'll do

What you bring
- A master's-level qualification in marketing, commerce or pharmacy
- Three to five years in trade or operational marketing, preferably in pharma, parapharmacy or mass retail
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy distribution and the OTC and parapharmacy market
- You can shape and deliver trade plans, assess results and present improvement proposals

Pour nous accompagner dans notre développement, nous recherchons un Chef de produit Trade Marketing OTC/Para H/F
Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible, en CDI. Il est basé à La Défense.
En tant que Chef de Produit Trade Marketing OTC Para H/F, vous serez responsable de l'élaboration et de l'exécution des stratégies de trade marketing pour nos produits de santé en vente libre (OTC) et de parapharmacie. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et marketing pour stimuler la croissance des ventes et renforcer la visibilité de nos marques auprès des pharmaciens du Groupement.
Responsabilités
* Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de trade marketing pour les gammes de produits OTC et parapharmacie, en ligne avec les objectifs commerciaux et marketing.
* Développer des plans d'activation pour les lancements de produits et les temps forts promotionnels (PLV, supports d'aide à la vente, argumentaires).
* Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales pour identifier les besoins du terrain, concevoir et adapter les outils d'aide à la vente.
* Analyser les performances des actions trade marketing et proposer des ajustements pour optimiser le retour sur investissement.
* Gérer le budget alloué aux activités de trade marketing.
* Assurer une veille concurrentielle sur les pratiques trade marketing du secteur.
* Travailler en synergie avec l'équipe marketing produit pour garantir la cohérence des messages et des offres.
* Participer à l'élaboration des prévisions de ventes en lien avec les actions promotionnelles.

Profil
* Bac +5 en Marketing, Commerce ou Pharmacie.
* Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en trade marketing ou marketing opérationnel, idéalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique, de la parapharmacie ou de la GMS.
* Excellente connaissance du circuit de distribution officinal et des spécificités du marché OTC/parapharmacie.
* Capacité démontrée à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de trade marketing efficaces.
* Compétences analytiques solides pour évaluer les performances des actions et proposer des plans d'amélioration.
* Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et présentation.
* Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint).
* Autonomie, proactivité et esprit d'équipe.
* Anglais courant souhaité.
