The Campaign Manager will support growth and awareness by translating service line priorities into audience-focused, measurable campaigns that connect patients and referring audiences with MUSC's heart and vascular services.
We are looking for a nimble, agile marketer to build integrated campaigns for Heart and Vascular. This hands-on individual contributor will serve as a relationship manager to key internal stakeholders, meeting regularly to align on strategic outcomes that inform campaign planning. The Campaign Manager will facilitate horizontal collaboration across the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM), including communications, brand, public relations, and web, and will work with external agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns. The role emphasizes speed to market, audience journey development, messaging, brand strength, and measurable results. Experience executing paid, earned, shared, and owned (PESO) channel strategies is required. This is an on-site role in downtown Charleston.

Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- 30% - Leads development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Heart and Vascular across MUSC clinical, academic, research, and enterprise priorities. Translates approved strategy into timely, coordinated marketing communication plans across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
- 20% - Develops campaign briefs, audience journeys, messaging frameworks, project plans, and channel requirements. Coordinates deliverables, timelines, approvals, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners to maintain speed-to-market and executional quality.
- 20% - Reports campaign outcomes in a clear, concise, and actionable manner through dashboards and insight summaries. Monitors performance, identifies optimization opportunities, and recommends adjustments based on results.
- 15% - Serves as a day-to-day liaison between service line stakeholders and OCM colleagues. Builds productive relationships, clarifies needs and decisions, and keeps contributors aligned on campaign objectives, roles, milestones, and next steps.
- 15% - Uses market research, business intelligence, CRM data, analytics, and other available inputs to develop focused, measurable programs and demonstrate business impact. Adheres to MUSC policies, procedures, and standards, and performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
- Five or more years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with accountability for measurable business results.
- Experience in product marketing, service line, or other complex marketing environments.
- Demonstrated experience with multi-channel paid campaigns, digital journeys, demand generation, campaign measurement, and data-driven optimization.
- Experience executing paid, earned, shared, and owned (PESO) channel strategies is required.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, interpersonal, written communication, and agency-management skills.
