Mural Health is a fast-growing clinical technology start-up that makes clinical trials easier for participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers participants or caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Product Marketing Manager.
Who are you?
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Mural Health shows up in the market. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing - translating platform capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with sophisticated stakeholders in the clinical trials and life science space.
You'll define our positioning, arm our sales team to win, and lead go-to-market execution for product launches. You'll be both the strategist and the executor - setting direction and producing the materials that bring it to life.
Role Location: Remote US
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer and works in close collaboration with Sales, Product, and the broader Marketing team.
You will:
- Own positioning and client-facing content for new product launches and existing offerings
- Lead go-to-market execution for product releases and feature launches — from strategy through external communication to internal enablement
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for sales and leadership, and ensuring messaging and positioning remains current as the market and product evolve
- Partner cross-functionally to translate product capabilities into clear differentiators and value for our customers, and enable the commercial team to communicate those effectively
- Act as the voice of the customer internally — incorporating feedback from customers and users to continuously iterate on messaging
- Build and maintain sales materials across pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI frameworks, and commercial talk tracks
Qualifications & Skills:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- You have driven new product launches and feature releases
- You are a strong writer who can quickly learn technical products and translate them into clear, relevant narratives for non-technical audiences
- You thrive in a lean environment where you set strategy and get to execute it
- You enjoy cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment across product, sales, and marketing
- You are an effective project manager, able to juggle multiple priorities and communicate progress clearly across internal stakeholders
- You are comfortable using AI and other tools to accelerate research, content creation, and competitive analysis.
