Join us as an Associate Key Account Manager, Oncology, where you will play a critical role supporting our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Promote and grow our Oncology portfolio by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, physicians, and key stakeholders across assigned accounts.

  • Deliver product information and promotional messages through face-to-face engagement, group presentations, and other approved channels.

  • Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, clinical data, and appropriate product use, while addressing questions and providing relevant solutions.

  • Manage assigned accounts and identify opportunities to expand product adoption and business growth.

  • Execute promotional activities and account plans in alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, product advocates, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.

  • Monitor account performance, customer needs, and market developments to identify business opportunities and support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support customer engagement and business priorities.

  • Track sales performance and contribute to the achievement of business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Maintain a strong level of product, therapeutic area, and industry knowledge to effectively support healthcare professionals.

  • Prepare timely reports, account updates, and other required documentation.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science-related disciplines such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry) or related disciplines

  • 4-5 years of sales experience, with exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare industry being highly preferred

  • Self-motivated, result-focused and a will to succeed

  • Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills

  • Good team player

  • Account management experience would be an added advantage

  • Oncology experience is an advantage.
