About the Role

As a Senior Creative Designer, you will lead the development of innovative digital ads and assets for one of the world's largest packaged goods companies. This role demands expertise in balancing speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality visual content that resonates across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone passionate about seeking new opportunities, contributing to a nimble, AI-forward team, and creating impactful work.

Role Purpose

Lead the visual excellence of projects, from developing Key Arts and visual systems from scratch to their large-scale adaptation and production, ensuring quality, consistency, and craft throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual development of Key Arts and campaign assets, from conceptual exploration to final execution.
  • Translate creative and strategic territories into solid visual proposals, working closely with Creative Directors, Strategy, and Art Directors.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end visual development, ensuring clear direction, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Guide Art Directors, Visual Designers, and Retouchers on both creative development and versioning projects.
  • Be a hands-on contributor, actively participating in conceptualization, design, and visual resolution.
  • Protect the creative intent of the masters during their adaptation to different markets and formats.
  • Oversee visual quality and craft prior to QA and final delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Production, and Account teams, understanding each area's needs and translating them into actionable creative and operational decisions.
  • Balance creative ambition, strategic relevance, timelines, and production feasibility.
  • Build templates, guidelines, and best practices that enable efficient and consistent production.
  • Present and defend visual proposals clearly and convincingly to internal teams and the client.
  • Manage the design team's capacity, priorities, and timelines, efficiently distributing workloads, anticipating risks, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

The essentials:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Designer, ideally in a digital or advertising environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in especially Figma and also Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects is a bonus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and advertising materials.
  • Proven experience with all stages of the design process, from concept development to final execution.
  • Deep understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, grid systems, interaction design, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively collaborating with clients and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
  • Experience with creating print-ready files for POS in Indesign/Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices for visual content.
  • Interest and borderline obsession with evolving AI and automation technology and functionality.
  • The ability to guide and encourage younger design team members.
