Key Responsibilities

As Corporate Business Developer, you will be a driving force behind our growth in the corporate segment. Your focus will be on large companies with more than 1,000 employees. You will act as a strategic partner to these organisations, helping them optimise their remuneration policies and employee benefits strategies.

In addition to developing direct corporate business, you will play a key role in identifying, building and expanding strategic partnerships that strengthen Monizze’s position in the market. This includes developing relationships with professional networks, industry organisations and ecosystem partners, such as our existing partnership with Federgon.

  • High-level hunting: Strategically map the corporate market and open doors with the right stakeholders. Targeted social selling, smart networking at C-level events and highly personalised outreach campaigns will be central to your approach.

  • Strategic consulting: Engage with HR Directors, Compensation & Benefits Managers, CFOs and CEOs. Understand their challenges and translate them into smart solutions in the areas of salary optimisation and employee benefits.

  • Build lasting relationships: Your relationship-building skills are one of your greatest assets. You will develop a strong and sustainable network within the corporate world and position yourself as a trusted expert.

  • Develop strategic partnerships: Identify relevant partners and create mutually valuable collaborations with professional federations, industry organisations and other key players in the HR and business ecosystem. You will further develop existing partnerships, such as Federgon, and explore new opportunities that generate commercial value and strengthen Monizze’s market presence.

  • Close the deal: Manage the entire sales process, from the first introduction to pricing negotiations and the final signature.

  • Spot market trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of the HR world and share valuable insights with our internal teams to further improve our products and services.

  • Represent Monizze externally: Act as an ambassador for Monizze at industry events, networking opportunities and partner meetings, helping to increase our visibility and credibility within the corporate market.

  • Corporate sales expertise: You are results-oriented, proactive and have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the large enterprise segment.

  • Natural networker: You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively at different levels. You feel equally comfortable in boardrooms and at networking events.

  • Partnership mindset: You know how to identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships that create value for all parties. You are skilled at building relationships with industry organisations, professional federations and other influential stakeholders.

  • HR expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of HR processes, remuneration policies and salary optimisation in Belgium. You understand how to create value for both employers and employees.

  • Multilingual professional: You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. You can present, advise and negotiate convincingly in all three languages.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development.

  • Professional autonomy: You work independently in a corporate environment, proactively manage your own agenda and pipeline, and move smoothly between strategic thinking and operational execution.
