MarshDescription:
Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specailist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Digital Marketing Specailist, you will take ownership of your day-to-day work: making sound decisions, asking the right questions, giving marketers strategic and practical recommendations, and ensuring work is executed accurately and on time. The role combines strategic leadership with executional oversight, including defining digital campaign strategy, managing complex audience segmentation and persona-based targeting, coordinating multiple project workflows, and activating, measuring, and optimizing campaigns across channels.
We will count on you to:
- Support Digital Campaign Managers by executing digital campaigns across channels and delivering high-quality digital assets at pace and at scale.
- Create Microsoft Dynamics and Outlook emails campaigns, including building emails, QA, configure audience segmentation, set up journeys, complete peer review, and prepare for email deployment.
- Configure campaign set-up tasks, including mapping all digital assets to campaigns, creating tracking links, and setting up campaign hierarchies.
- Set up forms, import lists, validate list hygiene, host digital assets such as videos, podcasts, and pdfs on content platforms.
- Manage the region’s web presence: build, update, and publish web pages, keep content accurate and up to date, and ensure a consistent experience across country sites.
- Keep our websites healthy by running regular content audits, update or remove outdated content, monitor site performance, help spot and resolve issues before they affect users, and support accessibility and compliance requirements.
- Manage projects in Wrike through project, deliverable and tasks assignments, statuses, and timelines.
- Apply best practices and give practical recommendations on briefs, content, and assets — and ask the right questions when something is incomplete or unclear.
- Deliver work on time and to our quality standards and be flexible when something is truly urgent.
- Understand US & Canada’s marketing’s priorities and how your work supports them, and flag anything to improve the way work gets done.
What you need to have:
- 4+ years’ experience in a hands-on digital manager role, ideally in B2B, corporate, or professional services marketing
- Experience with a marketing automation platform — Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot — or the aptitude to learn ours quickly.
- Experience with a web content management system; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred.
- Experience with an account-based marketing platform; Demandbase strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of campaign tracking (UTMs, tags) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Power BI); able to turn data into plain-language recommendations.
- Experience with work management tools (e.g., Wrike, Workfront).
- Experience supporting website migrations, redesigns, or replatforming projects is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, or AEM certification is a plus.
- Advanced level on English is a must
