Description:

Digital Campaign Manager

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of your day-to-day work: making sound decisions, asking the right questions, giving marketers strategic and practical recommendations, and ensuring work is executed accurately and on time. The role combines strategic leadership with executional oversight, including defining digital campaign strategy, managing complex audience segmentation and persona-based targeting, coordinating multiple project workflows, and activating, measuring, and optimizing campaigns across channels.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and manage digital strategy across businesses and practices, including channel coordination, activation, and optimization.
  • Work closely with marketing and business partners to clarify priorities, translate needs into action, and deliver practical solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase web leads and optimize conversion rates, delivering stronger digital performance across the region.
  • Own digital campaigns end-to-end, from overseeing campaign setup, developing the digital strategy, executing against the strategy, launch readiness, and activation.
  • Oversee Microsoft Dynamics and Outlook emails campaigns, including managing the email builds, QA, configuration of audience segmentation, review journey setup, complete peer review, and activate email deployment.
  • Advise and build complex audience segmentation and persona-based targeting to support integrated, automated, and/or nurture email campaigns.
  • Manage the region’s web presence, keep content accurate and up to date, and ensure a consistent experience across country sites.
  • Oversee online governance and keep our websites healthy by managing regular content audits, maintain editorial standards and quality, update or remove outdated content, monitor site performance, help spot and resolve issues before they affect users, and support accessibility and compliance requirements.
  • Manage multiple project workflows at once, keeping timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables on track in Wrike.
  • Make judgment-based decisions in day-to-day execution and escalate issues when needed.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across digital campaigns and touchpoints so the audience experience feels connected.
  • Leverage analytics and audience insights to drive personalization, journeys, testing, optimization, and continuous improvement. Establish a test-and-learn approach across content and search, including A/B testing, measurement, and scaling of winning approaches.
  • Apply best practices and give practical recommendations on briefs, content, and assets — and ask the right questions when something is incomplete or unclear.

What you need to have:

  • 7+ years’ experience in a hands-on digital manager role, ideally in B2B, corporate, or professional services marketing
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform — Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot — or the aptitude to learn ours quickly.
  • Experience with a web content management system; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with an account-based marketing platform; Demandbase strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of campaign tracking (UTMs, tags) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Power BI); able to turn data into plain-language recommendations.
  • Experience with work management tools (e.g., Wrike, Workfront).
  • Experience supporting website migrations, redesigns, or replatforming projects is a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, or AEM certification is a plus.
  • Advanced level on English is a must
