Who this fits

You'll suit a mid-level employer-branding role centered on empathy, self-organization, clear communication, and a positive attitude. The job is onsite in Cluj-Napoca and works closely with Operations and Engineering. It is a fixed-term maternity-cover contract lasting between eighteen and twenty-two months, ending in August 2028.

We are looking for a Employer Branding Specialist to help us grow as a company of people who are strong in character, drive, and tech skills. Your talent and experience will amplify our presence in the market as an employer of choice. Your empathy will nurture genuine connections across our team. While working at the heart of our Operations team, you'll own the Mindera Branding and you will drive the implementation of everything that marks and enhances our online/offline presence, while working closely with the entire team and the Engineering teams.

Please note this is a fixed-term, 18-22 months contract (until Aug 2028), to cover for maternity leave.

What you'll be doing

Create and implement relevant, creative employer branding & recruitment programs that stand out & convert into long-term partnerships
Plan and implement the online marketing campaigns, the communication and content strategy for our main social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Develop and implement employer branding strategies that promote the company’s values and our culture
Responsible for internal and external communication, implementing new communication channels, using innovative, creative, and impactful ideas
Work with the other departments for identifying employer branding and communication needs
Create content and materials for the social media campaigns (ads, flyers, banners, posters, etc.) and other events, including off-line events
Design and coordinate the production of branded swag for all minders
Develop internal, human-focused initiatives based on what brings us together and keeps us going as a team
Organize internal and external events and communities, together with the Operations team

Requirements

What we are looking for

Over 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a tech company
Experience in using social media channels and marketing software/tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
Image and video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Canva, etc. is a big plus
Experience in planning and organising events
Strong experience in creating branded swag, working with external suppliers, etc
Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, catchy, and relevant ways of communication
Empathy, sense of ownership, attention to detail & focused on human behavior
